I have worked with Shannon Freeman for several years now, and have watched his company grow leaps and bounds. Shannon has always been very proactive, and a pleasure to work with. I have called him for last minute emergencies more times than I can count, and he has always been there for me and the ICON. We use his staff in a number of capacities from straight security to concierge as do several of our First Service Residential properties.
He has a deep bench and his staff can perform a number of roles. We run a 24 hour 7 day a week crew here at ICON, we never close. Shannon makes my week a little easier and I know he always has my back. Simply put, Shannon is a good man and hires good people, and for that I am grateful.
